These Guidelines supplement, and do not replace, the Terms & Conditions, Student Agreement, Mentor Agreement, Child Safety Policy, and other Platform policies.
Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, termination, or other enforcement actions.

All members of the Meritza Classes community are expected to uphold the following principles:

Prohibited conduct includes:

8. Contact Sharing Restrictions
To protect student safety and Platform integrity, students, parents, and mentors shall not exchange:
- Mobile numbers.
- WhatsApp numbers.
- Personal email addresses.
- Social media accounts.
- Telegram IDs.
- Personal websites.
- Direct communication channels.
All communications relating to Platform services should occur through approved channels.
Unauthorized contact sharing may result in disciplinary action.
9. Off-Platform Arrangements Prohibited
Users shall not:
- Arrange private mentorship services.
- Conduct off-platform coaching.
- Facilitate direct commercial relationships.
- Circumvent Platform systems.
- Encourage others to bypass Platform processes.
The Platform invests substantial resources in creating and maintaining mentorship relationships.
Attempts to bypass the Platform undermine community trust and may result in immediate termination.
10. Payment Discussions
Students, parents, and mentors shall not:
- Negotiate fees directly.
- Discuss mentor compensation.
- Request direct payment arrangements.
- Accept off-platform payments.
All financial matters must be handled exclusively through Meritza Classes.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Users shall respect the privacy of others.
Users shall not:
- Share personal information without consent.
- Disclose confidential information.
- Publish private communications.
- Misuse personal data.
Respecting privacy is essential to maintaining community trust.
12. Recording Policy
Users may not:
- Record sessions.
- Capture screenshots.
- Distribute recordings.
- Publish session content.
- Share educational materials without authorization.
unless prior written permission has been obtained from Meritza Classes and all affected participants.
Unauthorized recordings may result in immediate disciplinary action.
13. Misuse of the Platform
Users shall not:
- Interfere with Platform operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent identities.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Disrupt mentorship activities.
- Engage in fraudulent conduct.
Platform resources must be used responsibly.
14. Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report:

- Child safety issues.
- Circumvention attempts.
Reports should be made promptly through official support channels.
