His work with Etos Edu (Matchnow) gave him practical insight into student acquisition, counselling, enrolment, learner engagement, and the operational side of digital education. With an MBA in Marketing & Information Technology and experience associated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, he brings together business strategy, technology, and an understanding of the academic ecosystem. Over 3+ years, he and the founding team have undertaken detailed research into the Indian EdTech market, studying learner behaviour, parent expectations, tutoring models, and emerging opportunities. At Meritza Classes, Rohit focuses on business strategy, growth, operational systems, and translating market insights into practical solutions for learners.

Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Khan is a Co-Founder of Meritza Classes, combining advanced academic expertise, research experience, teaching exposure, and knowledge of the EdTech sector. With a Ph.D. in Botany, 15 peer-reviewed publications, and experience with academic institutions and BYJU'S, he brings a research-led approach to education and learning. His background in university teaching, academic research, peer review, and educational coordination provides the founding team with a strong academic and analytical perspective. Alongside his co-founders, he has been involved in detailed research of the Indian EdTech market for over 3 years, examining its growth, challenges, learner needs, and opportunities for more meaningful personalised education.
