These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Meritza Classes ("Meritza Classes", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") and any individual, parent, guardian, student, mentor, visitor, or user ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, purchases services from, participates in, or otherwise uses the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Payment & Payout Policy, Child Safety Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable Platform policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms:
Meritza Classes operates as an educational mentorship and facilitation platform.
The Platform connects students with mentors for educational guidance, examination preparation, academic planning, career exploration, skill development, and related educational services.
Meritza Classes is not a school, college, university, coaching institute, examination authority, accrediting body, or placement agency.
The Platform acts solely as a facilitator of mentorship and educational support services.
Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to access or use the Platform.
Users under eighteen (18) years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Platform.
Meritza Classes reserves the right to request age verification, identity verification, parental authorization, or any supporting documentation deemed necessary.
The Platform may refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate services where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

The Platform may communicate directly with parents or guardians regarding services involving minor users.

All Platform-related services shall be conducted exclusively through channels approved by Meritza Classes.
Students, parents, mentors, and users shall not:

All fees, pricing, payments, commissions, compensation arrangements, and financial matters relating to Platform services shall be administered exclusively by Meritza Classes.
Users shall not negotiate payments directly with mentors.
Mentors shall not request or accept payments from students, parents, or guardians.
Improper payment arrangements may result in account suspension, termination, recovery actions, and legal proceedings where appropriate.
Mentors operate as independent service providers and are not employees, partners, agents, representatives, or joint venture participants of Meritza Classes.
Nothing contained within these Terms shall create an employment relationship between Meritza Classes and any mentor.
Sessions may be conducted through approved communication channels, including video conferencing platforms and other technologies designated by the Platform.
Meritza Classes reserves the right to modify communication methods, scheduling systems, and operational procedures at its discretion.
Sessions shall not be recorded, distributed, reproduced, published, or shared without prior written authorization from Meritza Classes and all relevant participants.
Unauthorized recording may result in immediate disciplinary action.
All Platform materials, content, trademarks, logos, branding, documents, policies, systems, designs, educational resources, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Meritza Classes or its licensors.
No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercialize, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Platform intellectual property without prior written authorization.
Users acknowledge that they may receive access to confidential information relating to students, mentors, parents, operations, business processes, pricing, compensation structures, educational materials, and Platform strategies.
Such information shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed, copied, used, or distributed except as expressly authorized.
Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of Platform participation.
Meritza Classes maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child exploitation, grooming, harassment, abuse, predatory conduct, or any activity that may endanger minors.
The Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, and report suspected violations to appropriate authorities where required.
To protect users and Platform interests, Meritza Classes reserves the right, where legally permissible, to:

Educational success depends upon individual effort, circumstances, preparation, and factors beyond the control of the Platform.
Meritza Classes may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice where:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meritza Classes, its operators, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, penalties, or legal costs arising from:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meritza Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Platform.
The aggregate liability of Meritza Classes shall not exceed the amount paid by the affected user to the Platform during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Meritza Classes shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, technical failures, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, public emergencies, or similar events.
Meritza Classes reserves the right to amend, modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
The provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, payment obligations, non-circumvention, and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain enforceable after termination of Platform participation.
In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.
If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
